The terms governing use of Trendline and this website.
Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Trendline or this website, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Health limitation
Trendline is an informational organization and interpretation tool. It is not a medical device, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, calorie prescription, or guarantee of an outcome. Consumer devices and body-composition readings can be incomplete or inaccurate. Seek qualified professional care for health decisions or concerning symptoms.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to form this agreement and comply with applicable law. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use it to harm others.
Purchases and trials
Trendline may offer weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Available products, localized prices, taxes, eligibility, and trial terms are shown by Apple before purchase. A seven-day introductory trial may be available to eligible customers. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Apple at least as required by Apple’s terms. Manage or cancel through your App Store account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchases and refunds are processed under Apple’s policies.
Intellectual property
Trendline, its design, text, software, and branding are owned by Abraham Burnett or applicable licensors. These terms grant a limited, personal, nontransferable right to use the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or data source, or preservation of every optional feature.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abraham Burnett is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
Utah law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of residence continue to apply.
